The Historic River House is perfect for 1 to 18 guests, is handicapped accessible and is
a non-smoking facility. Children welcome & pet friendly (additional cost for pets).

Rates do not include a $75.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, we require a 90 day advance notice during Summer High Season (May-Oct.) and Holidays, all other times requires a 60 day notice. Cancellations received more than 90/60 days in advance of your stay will result in 80% refund if we find another renter; otherwise, 50% is refundable.
